Stop Lying - Every time you tell someone a lie, you are telling yourself that they are more important than you. You are telling them that who you are isn't enough for them.

We are defined by what we choose to reject. And if we reject nothing (perhaps in fear of being rejected by something ourselves), we essentially have no identity at all.
